Big Baji Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

Big Baji (bigbaji.biz) is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply between Big Baji and each registered member. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Big baji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website with the updated date clearly noted. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, which is the authoritative language. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to use Big Baji's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one account on Big Baji. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all winnings forfeited. Big Baji automatically detects attempts to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

Update Account Information

• If your name, phone number, or payment details change, you must notify big baji support immediately.
• It is the member's responsibility to change their account password regularly and to keep it confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@bigbaji.biz.
• Big baji will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

3 Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to register at Big Baji. Account registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Big Baji may request a National ID or passport for age verification at any time.

Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until age verification is complete. Once verified, normal service typically resumes within 24 hours.

4 Deposits & Payments

Big Baji currently accepts deposits via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, though network issues may occasionally cause minor delays.

Deposit Rules

• A minimum deposit amount applies and may differ depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits must be made from the mobile number registered to your account — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from big baji, your account must be fully verified. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the mobile banking number registered to your account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and may vary depending on the member's VIP level.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If suspicious activity is detected, additional verification may be required and withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during banking system maintenance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Big baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means BDT 1,000 in bets must be placed before a withdrawal is permitted.

Important Bonus Rules

• A promotion cannot be used more than once.
• When wagering with bonus funds, certain betting markets or minimum odds requirements may apply.
• Big baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, big baji reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.
• The value of the free bet may be deducted from any winnings derived from it.

7 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to placing bets and settling results at Big Baji. These rules apply equally to all members.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Big Baji offers a cash-out option.
• Big Baji reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets cannot be placed after a match has kicked off.

Match Cancellations & Postponements

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, the bet may be voided.
• If one leg of an accumulator or multi-bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.0.

Live Betting

Odds in Big Baji's live betting section change rapidly. There may be a slight difference between the odds displayed when placing a bet and the odds actually accepted. Big Baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend any market in live betting.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates Big Baji's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of funds:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or exploiting them strategically.
• Attempting to inflate account balance through chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Big Baji's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Using big baji for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.

9 Privacy

• No account activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Instructions from legal authorities or a court order.

Where possible, members will be notified by email before their account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with our policies; however, balances may be forfeited in cases where a violation has occurred.

To close your account voluntarily, send a request to support@bigbaji.biz. The process will be completed within 72 hours of receiving your request.

12 Changes to Terms

Big Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-site notice in advance.
